With the economic growth of the actor, companies need new highly specialized figures. ITS EAT has studied a course that
operates in the production chains of the agricultural sector and agro-industrial transformation.

With Food Innovation Management you will learn to:
plan interventions in the field of agri-food production and transformations in compliance with quality, safety and compliance standards according to Italian, EU and international regulations. Manage the processing cycles and control procedures of both the machines and the technological systems.
Support and help the company in the analysis of production and products.
Promotes process and product innovation.

1000 classroom hours + 800 hours of internship (of which 300 in the first year and 500 in the second year, at the end of the respective classroom courses)
