Erasmus+ Program Call for Companions

The Institute of Higher Education POLO MANETTI-PORCIATTI presented INAPP to the Erasmus+ National Agency and obtained funding approval for the project "SKILLS - adding worKforce readIness through incLusive work-based Learning practices".

Through this project, the Institute intends to enhance the role of WBL for the professional and personal development of students. In fact, not only do WBL experiences help students to learn technical skills in the field, establishing a clear connection between education and work, but also, especially in international contexts, to acquire the main soft skills of communication, problem-solving and critical thinking .

From the comparison of the data collected with the needs expressed by the territory, the need emerged to provide students with the right skills to enter the world of work, with particular attention to the development of key skills - such as linguistic and digital ones - for adaptation to the digital transition of the economy and the internationalization of businesses .
