Digital Secretariat allows the dematerialized administration of school documents ; an innovative project that aims to manage DS, DSGA and school staff documents through a single product, with a simple and intuitive interface.
The objective of the project Digital Secretariat the dematerialisation of the secretariat in full compliance with the regulations, simplifying the management of the mandatory publication on the websites of the documents and activities of the school itself. With this project Spaggiari intends to manage, in particular, the entire life cycle of information:
- collection
- signature
- protocolling
- publication on various sites
- research and consultation
- archiving and conservation in accordance with regulations
